Abstracts: Favorite Photos #21, 2011-2013 by Jeff Lindsay
Abstracts: Sometimes there's something interesting in the textures and geometry of a scene, including details beyond the scene itself. But why pursue abstracts? As my dear mother told me on my first day of school, it is in decontextualizing the core while decoring the context that we escape--ab initio--the preconditioning of dialectical hermeneutics to fully rediscover what cannot be discovered through cognition alone. It didn't make any sense then either, but I hope you'll think about it. I think it means you should make sure the lens cover is off before you take too many photos. Anyway, here are some of my abstracts from 2011-2012.
